Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or shipped incorrectly by KitchenBlom.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.
